These terms govern your use of the Coff website and purchases from Coff, operated by Eze Innovation (“Coff,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout. If you do not agree, do not place an order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Products and orders

Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change before an order is accepted. Coffee is an agricultural product, so appearance and taste can vary between batches. “Decaf” does not mean caffeine-free. Images may be illustrative; the product page and checkout state the item and quantity being purchased. A checkout confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may contact you to resolve an error, unavailable product, suspected fraud, or fulfillment problem, and will refund amounts paid for any order we cancel.

Prices and payment

All store prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes and any delivery charges are shown at checkout before you submit an order. Payment is processed by the payment methods offered at checkout. You authorize us to charge the amount shown for your order. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or other fees.

Delivery, returns, and subscriptions

Our shipping policy and refund policy explain delivery estimates and remedies. If we offer a recurring subscription in the future, its price, billing interval, discount, renewal, cancellation method, and any minimum commitment will be disclosed before purchase; a one-time order will not become a subscription. Subscriptions are not currently offered.

Website use and intellectual property

Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content. Coff names, artwork, copy, and site design belong to Eze Innovation or their respective owners and may not be used commercially without permission. We may change or discontinue website features, but changes to these terms do not retroactively alter an accepted order.

Accuracy and liability

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for our own fraud or obligations under applicable consumer law.
